Abstract

In this research writer simply to choose an indicator of the company perfomance by using ROA (return on assets) and performance indicators of an employee with discipline of work and career development in Koperasi Usaha Warga Pupuk Kujang. The research concludes that there is a positive and significant influence between the discipline of work with the company performance. There are also positive and significant influence between the career development with the performance of the company. And there is a positive and significant influence between the discipline of work and career development with the performance of the company.
