Abstract

With the intense competition in the industrial sector, companies are required to manage and develop the company by optimally in deciding to accept or reject a special order. In this research, entitled: "Differential Cost Analysis in Decision Making Accept or Reject Special Orders". The purpose of this study was to determine whether the differential cost analysis in the decision to accept or reject a special order is useful for the company. In preparing this paper the author uses descriptive method of analysis with a case study approach. From the research that has been done, the authors conclude that the decision taken was right in accepting the special order of 5,000 pieces out large size and the company makes a profit of Rp10,076,566.00.
