Abstract

Dividend policy is the policy of the company to distribute its earnings to shareholders. Several factors related to the dividend policy in this research is the Cash Ratio (CR), Return on Equity (ROE), and the size of the Company. The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of Cash Ratio, Return on Equity, and the size of the Company's dividend policy on companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2013-2015 period. Samples taken in this study using purposive sampling method. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. Results showed liquidity (X1) has no effect on dividend policy (Y), profitability (X2) effect on dividend policy (Y), and Company Size (X3) has no effect on dividend policy (Y).
