Abstract

RS. X merupakan salah satu rumah sakit tipe B. Berdasarkan data rumah sakit, terjadi kenaikan jumlah pasien yang berkunjung ke IGD sebesar 15-20% selama periode 2007-2013. Namun, belum ditunjang dengan kelengkapan dan keergonomisan fasilitas fisik bagi pasien di ruang triase dan ruang intermediate ward. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan memperbaiki kondisi fasilitas fisik dan lingkungan fisik agar sesuai dengan persyaratan yang telah ditentukan, yaitu Kepmenkes RI No. 856/Menkes/SK/IX/2009 tentang Standar Instalasi Gawat Darurat dan Kepmenkes Nomor 1204/Menkes/SK/X/2004 tentang Persyaratan Kesehatan Lingkungan Rumah Sakit. Fasilitas fisik di keempat ruangan belum memenuhi persyaratan, belum ditata dengan baik, belum dilengkapi dengan safety sign yang baik dan benar, serta terjadi kelebihan kapasitas pasien yang dirawat. Hasil pengukuran lingkungan fisik tidak sesuai dengan ambang batas yang ditentukan yang disebabkan oleh ketidakseimbangan antara ventilasi, manusia dan luas ruangan yang digunakan. Oleh karena itu, dilakukan perancangan tata letak fasilitas fisik dengan menggunakan fasilitas fisik lama, perancangan tata letak fasilitas fisik dengan menggunakan fasilitas fisik baru, dan tata letak fasilitas fisik dengan menggunakan fasilitas fisik baru serta penambahan luas ruangan. Selain itu, dilakukan usulan penambahan kelengkapan fasilitas fisik yang belum tersedia dan pemasangan safety sign. Abstract Hospital X is a type B hospital. Based on the data owned by the hospital, an increase in the number of patients who visited the Emergency Installation are increasing by 15-20 % during the period 2007-2013. However, this condition has not been fully supported by the provision of completeness and ergonomics of physical facilities for patients in triage room and intermediate ward room. This observation activity aims to analyze and improve the condition of the physical facilities and the physical environment in order to conform to the specified requirements, based on Kepmenkes No. 856/Menkes/SK/IX/2009 about the Emergency Installation Standard and Kepmenkes No. 1204/Menkes/SK/X/2004 about Requirements Environmental Health Hospital. The measurement results indicate that the physical facilities in the fourth room has not met the requirement, designing room is not supported and has not been fitted with the provision of safety sign is good and right. In addition, there is excess capacity caused by an imbalance of patients between the number of patients treated in the emergency room. The results of measurements of the physical environment does not match the specified threshold. This is caused by an imbalance between ventilation, spacious room and the people in the room. Therefore, to design the layout of the physical facilities using the old physical facilities, the design of the physical layout of the facility using the new physical facilities , and the design of the physical layout of the facility by using physical as well as the addition of a new area of the room. In addition, the inclusion of completeness performed physical facilities and the proposed addition of safety sign.
